MobileSalon.com, LLC ("MobileSalon," "we," "us," or "our")
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MobileSalon website at https://booking.mobilesalon.com and the related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
MobileSalon is an online platform that connects customers with independent stylists and beauty providers for in-home and on-location beauty services. MobileSalon does not provide the beauty services itself; stylists are independent contractors.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
All cards will incur a four percent (4%) transaction fee. By providing your credit or debit card as payment for services, travel fee, and the four percent transaction fee through MobileSalon, you authorize MobileSalon.com, LLC to charge the full amount to your card and debit it from your account. You certify that you are an authorized user of the card.
Pricing is subject to change based on geographical location and each individual stylist. Tips are not included in the platform charge and are handled directly between you and the stylist.
For any additional services not included in the original deposit, you must contact MobileSalon to make a deposit before the stylist performs the additional service.
Program Name: MobileSalon SMS Notifications
Program Description: By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box during signup at https://booking.mobilesalon.com/signup, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from MobileSalon related to your account and appointments. Message types include:
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, when you book, modify, or complete an appointment).
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: Reply STOP to any MobileSalon text message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from MobileSalon. You may also email support@mobilesalon.com to request opt-out.
Help Instructions: Reply HELP to any MobileSalon text message for help, or email support@mobilesalon.com.
Supported Carriers: Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access accounts that are not yours, interfering with the operation of the Service, scraping or harvesting data, or using the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MobileSalon disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MobileSalon does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileSalon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. MobileSalon's total cumulative liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to MobileSalon in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be litigated in Minnesota state court, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
